Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines on GCP using DataProc (Spark/Hadoop) and BigQuery.
Optimize queries and workflows in BigQuery for performance and cost-efficiency.
Implement ETL/ELT processes, data ingestion, and transformation from multiple sources.
Ensure data quality, governance, and security in cloud environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve data processing and pipeline issues.
Automate workflows using Python, Spark, or other scripting languages.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.
