advanced FinOps expertise;

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

(Ideally should be at least 3 years of hands-on with Linux Infra)

• Ownership of high value, enterprise level billing disputes
• Ability to interpret custom enterprise contracts and negotiated pricing
• Deep understanding of quote to cash workflows
• Advanced FinOps expertise across large, multi-account environments
• Strong financial governance, compliance, and approval discipline
• Executive level customer communication capability
• Advanced billing investigation and risk detection skills
• Proven ability to manage million-dollar account exposure
• Bachelors in IT + MBA Finance
• FinOps Certified Practitioner (FCP)
• 3–5 years in Enterprise Billing, Strategic Finance, or Revenue Ops
• CEFR B2 Communication Proficiency

Good-to-Have

• Experience with large-scale enterprise ERP systems
• Experience with advanced GCP Billing configurations
