Job Overview:

As a DevOps Engineer at Tredence, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support our retail clients. Success in this role means ensuring smooth deployment, operational reliability, and automation of services tailored to client needs. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to streamline last-mile adoption of AI-driven insights. This role is integral to maintaining a robust operational environment that accelerates business value delivery. What will your role look like - Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services, focusing on AWS Lambda for serverless applications. - Design, build, and manage automated CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins and Docker to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery. - Implement and manage container orchestration using Kubernetes to support scalable application deployments. - Use Terraform to define and provision cloud infrastructure as code, ensuring repeatability and version control. - Monitor operational performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle. - Continuously improve automation, configuration management, and deployment processes to increase efficiency. You will need: - Demonstrate 2-5 years of professional experience with AWS Cloud, specifically hands-on experience with AWS Lambda. - Exhibit strong proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. - Show expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. - Utilize Terraform to write infrastructure as code for cloud environment provisioning and management. -

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or a related technical field. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model in Bangalore. Good to Have Skills: - Possess certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Terraform Associate certification. - Display experience with additional AWS services (e.g., S3, EC2, CloudFormation). - Bring familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell to enhance automation capabilities. - Understand security best practices in cloud environments and implement appropriate controls.
