GCP Developer

This role Provide technical leadership for the design, development, integration, and deployment of cloud-native applications on GCP. Responsible for ensuring technical excellence, architectural compliance, engineering best practices, and successful delivery of enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall technical solution architecture and implementation approach.
• Lead technical design discussions and solution review sessions.
• Define development standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Guide development teams through design, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Review architecture designs, code quality, performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native design patterns and microservices architecture.
• Ensure successful integration with enterprise systems and external platforms.
• Support release planning, deployment strategies, and environment readiness activities.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, DevOps, testing, and business teams.
• Troubleshoot critical technical issues and provide resolution strategies.
• Mentor developers and support technical capability development.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of application development experience.
• 3+ years in a technical lead or solution lead role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of GCP services and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience developing APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
• Experience with system integration and enterprise application modernization.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and secure application design.
• Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
