Job Description

We are seeking a skilled GCP Data Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing data processing systems using Google Cloud Platform, with a focus on building scalable and efficient data pipelines.
Responsibilities
Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data processing systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Developing data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and transformation.
Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
Implementing data security and compliance measures in accordance with best practices.
Monitoring and optimizing data storage and processing performance.
Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
Skills and Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
Proficiency in GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, and Pub/Sub.
Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
