We are seeking a skilled GCP Data Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and building data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform, optimizing data processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimizing data storage and retrieval processes to enhance performance and reduce costs.
- Implementing data governance and ensuring data quality across all data platforms.
- Monitoring and maintaining data pipeline performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Apache Spark, Pyspark .
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python.
- Experience with SQL databases.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
