Job Summary
Seeking a GCP Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, and GKE. Must have hands-on experience with GCP Landing Zones, cloud automation, governance, security, troubleshooting, cost optimization, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, including reusable modules.
- Manage and support GKE, Compute Engine, IAM, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Logging, and Monitoring services.
- Implement and support GCP Landing Zones, cloud governance, and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to GKE, IAM, VPC-SC, Cloud SQL, and networking.
- Automate cloud operations using Cloud Functions and other GCP-native services.
- Monitor cloud resources and drive cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support multi-cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure).
Required Skills (Mandatory)
- 6+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on GCP experience.
- Strong expertise in GCE, GKE, IAM, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Logging & Monitoring, and VPC-SC.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, including module creation and maintenance.
- Experience in GCP Landing Zone implementation (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Microservices Architecture, and Cloud Governance/Security.
- Experience in Cloud Functions automation, troubleshooting, and cloud cost optimization
