Job Description – Cloud Engineer (GCP)
Overview
We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to set up and manage GCP infrastructure for data and AI workloads, including:
- Data pipelines (BigQuery, Dataflow)
- AI/Voice systems (Dialogflow, APIs, integrations)
The role involves handling cloud setup, networking, security, and deployment, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.
Experience Required
- Total Experience: 4–6 years
- Relevant Experience: 2–4 years on GCP / cloud infrastructure
Tools & Technologies
Cloud & Infrastructure
- GCP (IAM, VPC, Networking, Compute)
- BigQuery, GCS (basic setup support)
- Dataflow / Pub-Sub (infrastructure support)
- API Gateway / Load Balancing
Additional Exposure
- Basic exposure to SIP / WebRTC (for voice integration)
Projects & Responsibilities
- Set up GCP environment (IAM roles, access control, security)
- Configure networking, VPC, and connectivity
- Support deployment of data pipelines and AI systems
- Enable telephony integration (SIP/WebRTC, API endpoints)
- Monitor and ensure system availability and performance
Expertise & Qualifications
Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking
- Experience in GCP setup and security (IAM, roles, policies)
- Knowledge of deployment and environment management
- Ability to support scalable and secure system design
- Experience with API integrations and connectivity setup
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with GCP (IAM, VPC, networking)
- Understanding of cloud security and access control
- Experience in deploying and managing cloud resources
- Basic knowledge of data pipeline infrastructure
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Dataflow / Pub-Sub setup
- Exposure to BigQuery and data platforms
- Knowledge of SIP/WebRTC or telephony integration
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
- Experience in DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines)
