Location: Chennai/Gandhinagar

Role Summary
The GCP Billing Support Agent will provide end‑to‑end ownership of Google Cloud Platform billing and cost‑related investigations. This role requires strong understanding of GCP Products & Services and pricing models, financial governance, and the ability to translate technical usage into financial outcomes while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and resolve GCP billing and cost investigation cases end‑to‑end
- Analyze invoices, usage reports, credits, adjustments, and billing exports
- Explain GCP pricing models including usage‑based pricing, SUDs, CUDs, and regional pricing
- Correlate technical resource usage to billing and financial impact
- Use billing dashboards, cost management tools, and BigQuery billing exports (SQL)
- Ensure accurate documentation and audit‑ready billing analysis
- Collaborate with technical, finance, and account teams for issue resolution
- Meet defined SLOs and quality benchmarks while handling customer communications
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of GCP services & products with billing and cost perspective
- Proficiency in GCP billing tools and dashboards
- SQL skills for analyzing BigQuery billing exports
- Knowledge of IAM, project hierarchy, and governance models
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Clear, professional customer communication skills
Experience & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in GCP Cloud Support experience, Billing Operations, FinOps, or Financial Analysis
- Bachelor's degree in IT (finance/economics understanding preferred)
- Certifications (Mandatory):
- Google Cloud Digital Leader
- Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer
- Language: CEFR B2 English proficiency
