Key Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups. Sprint Planning, Backing Refinement.

Reviews, and Retrospectives

Coordinate and manage client leads and SME's

Act as a leader for development and QA teams, ensuring delivery excellence

Partner with cross functional teams(Backend, FrontEnd, DevOps)to manage backlog, clarify

priorities, and align on sprint goals

Monitor sprint health using key metrics: Velocity, Burn-down/Burn-up charts, CFD

Remove blockers and coach the team on continuous improvement

Champion a culture of automation, DevOps, and agile quality practices

Ensure alignment with CI/CD pipelines and testing automation objectives

Required Skills:

10 years of experience in software development and testing projects as a Scrum Lead or Master

Hands-on exposure to test automation frameworks

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, GitHub Actions, GCP DevOps, etc.)

Strong expertise in Github Board

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
