GCP Architect

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and secure GCP architectures.
• Architect cloud-native solutions using GCP services.
• Optimize infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Define networking, IAM, security, and governance best practices.
• Support migration of applications and workloads to GCP.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams.
• Create architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical recommendations.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide solution guidance.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Expertise in Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, VPC, IAM, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and Monitoring.
• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Good understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud security.
• Experience in designing high-availability and disaster recovery architectures.
• GCP certifications (Professional Cloud Architect preferred) are a plus.
