We are looking for a Sales Leader ( 8-15 years of experience) for a global IT service provider
Experience with selling IT services & technology to the domestic market in GCC/GIC segments
for Gurugaon, Pune and bangalore location
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development, with at least 5 years focused on GCC/ Domestic Segment
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-growth sales organizations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales initiatives to exceed revenue targets across the Indian market.
- Market Penetration: Build and enhance market presence, identifying and targeting key industries and clients to expand our footprint.
- Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, delivering tailored solutions that drive value for clients.
- Team Building & Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of passion, innovation, and success.
- Performance Tracking: Use analytics and sales data to make informed decisions, continuously refine strategies, and ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- Proven Success: Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals, with a focus on software or tech-based solutions.
- Passion & Drive: Highly passionate and energetic, with an inherent drive to inspire teams and close deals.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of our business market, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is preferred.
