Job Description: GCC Advisor
Location: Hyderabad, India
Department: Global Capability Intelligence Practice
Reports To: Practice Lead – GCC Advisory
Role Summary
We are looking for a sharp, commercially aware GCC Advisor to join our Global Capability Intelligence Practice. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them navigate complex decisions around GCC strategy, location planning, operating model design, and transformation roadmaps.
You will work directly with C-suite stakeholders—CIOs, CHROs, Transformation Heads, and GCC Site Leaders—to translate business challenges into actionable, data-backed solutions. This is not a back-office research role. This is a client-facing advisory position where your insights will shape the future of global operations for some of the world's leading enterprises.

1. GCC Strategy & Advisory
- Lead GCC readiness assessments and diagnostic workshops for prospective and existing clients.
- Design target operating models for GCCs across functions such as IT, finance, HR, analytics, and digital operations.
- Develop location strategies, talent architectures, and governance frameworks tailored to client context.
- Provide strategic advice on GCC maturity, innovation roadmaps, and AI-led transformation.
2. Business Case & Financial Modelling
- Build robust financial models to support GCC business cases, including cost-benefit analyses, location comparisons, and 5-year ROI projections.
- Analyse client data to identify transformation levers, cost optimization opportunities, and value creation potential.
- Present business cases to C-suite and board-level stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
3. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
- Track GCC trends, benchmarks, competitor activities, and emerging best practices across industries.
- Develop client profiles, opportunity assessments, and market-facing content such as white papers, case studies, and point-of-view documents.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives that position E-Solutions as a leader in GCC transformation.
4. Proposal & Solution Development
- Lead the development of high-quality client proposals, RFP responses, and solution presentations.
- Tailor GCC operating models, transition roadmaps, and talent strategies to specific client needs.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are actionable and aligned with E-Solutions capabilities.
5. Internal Enablement
- Develop sales collateral, battle cards, and pitch decks for the GCC practice.
- Build and maintain a repository of market insights, competitive intelligence, and best practices.
- Train internal teams on GCC trends, value propositions, and client engagement approaches.
Qualifications & Experience
Must-Haves
- 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or GCC/GBS advisory roles.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, data analysis, and market research.
- Proven experience in developing business cases, proposals, and strategic presentations for enterprise clients.
- Deep understanding of GCC/GBS operating models, location strategy, and digital transformation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience in business transformation, with Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred).
