About the role

As the Director of Process & Operational Excellence (IMPACT = Innovation Management, Process excellence And Continuous Transformation team), you will be accountable for leading enterprise-wide transformation through deployment of Continuous Improvement, IMPACT methodologies, and digital enablement across GBS and beyond. You will shape and govern the IMPACT strategy across GBS, ensuring standardization, automation, scalability, and operational alignment globally.

Your responsibilities

• Support the GPOs and Functional Delivery leaders in driving the Global Process & Operational Excellence strategy across GBS.Deploy
• IMPACT and CI frameworks across all GBS, ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with GBS Leadership on leading or supporting transformation programs spanning automation, digital enablement, and standardization globally.
• Ensure governance standards and performance measures, are in place and aligned for all Process and Operational transformation roadmaps.Partner with GPOs, Delivery leaders, IT&D and broader Functional leaders to harmonize and standardize processes.
• Develop capability-building programs as part of GBS Academy, including Lean Six Sigma and digital skills.Ensure global consistency while enabling scalability and local adaptation where required.
• Drive enterprise-wide value creation through efficiency, experience enhancement, risk reduction and AI adoption.

The experience we're looking for

• 20+ years in enterprise transformation across multiple functions.
• Background in Finance or Finance Transformation preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Expertise - Advanced problemsolving, coaching, statistical analysis, and CI deployment at scale. (Mandatory)
• Demonstrated success in automation, digital transformation, and CI framework deployment globally.
• Experience operating within GBS, shared services, or large-scale transformation environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated expertise and leadership in process excellence, transformation, governance and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Strong exposure to GBS ramp-up and mature environments.
• FMCG or other high-volume, fast-paced industry background preferred.
