JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a GATE-qualified Technical Trainer with strong Computer Science fundamentals and a passion for teaching and mentoring learners. The ideal candidate should be able to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, structured, and engaging manner and help students build strong foundations foundations for technical interviews, competitive examinations, and software engineering careers.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver high-quality training sessions on core Computer Science subjects.
- Teach concepts using practical examples, coding exercises, problem-solving, and real-world applications.
- Design and deliver structured learning modules, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
- Mentor students and clarify technical doubts effectively.
- Identify learning gaps and provide personalized guidance to students.
- Prepare students for technical interviews, coding assessments, and competitive examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current technologies, programming practices, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the academic/content team to improve training curriculum and learning resources.
- Bridges the gap between technical knowledge and practical application
- Design training modules, lesson plans, and course materials
- Create presentations, manuals, handouts, and e-learning content
- Develop practical exercises, case studies, and simulations
- Update content based on technological changes

REQUIREMENTS
- B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E./MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- GATE qualification is mandatory/preferred, preferably with a strong score/rank.
- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
- Good programming amming and and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skil
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students with different levels of understanding.
