Job Summary:

Aatmik Plate Foods LLP  is building SWAH Kitchen — a premium culinary and content platform aimed at changing the perception of rice from a carb-heavy staple to a nutrient-rich, heritage ingredient.

This internship is designed as a deep culinary R&D engagement, where the candidate will work on India's finest and rarest rice varieties and help build a new-age, premium rice narrative.

The role focuses on culinary development and knowledge creation, with full support from the marketing team for video production and content execution.  

Key Responsibilities  

1. Culinary R&D (Primary Focus)  

  • Develop 6 flagship recipes for each varieties
  • Ingredient-led (rice as the hero)
  • Premium in positioning and plating
  • Nutritionally relevant

2. Rice Intelligence & Documentation  

For each of the recepies

  • Cooking parameters:
  • Water ratio
  • Cooking time
  • Sensory profile:
  • Texture, aroma, grain behaviour
  • Ideal applications:
  • Best suited recipes
  • Nutritional and functional positioning

3. Recipe Adaptation System  

  • Adapt the 6 master recipes across all rice varieties
  • Create clear variation notes per rice type
  • Ensure consistency and repeatability

4. Content Collaboration (Supported by Marketing)  

  • Provide:
  • Recipe logic and culinary narratives
  • Inputs for scripts and storytelling
  • Participate in tastings / optional on-camera presence

Note:

All shooting, editing, and production will be supported by the marketing team.

5. Heritage & Farmer Story Integration  

  • Build narratives around:
  • Origin of rice varieties
  • Farming practices
  • Nutritional superiority
  • Embed gratitude-to-farmers storytelling into recipes

Expected Deliverables  

1. SWAH Gastronomy Guide (Primary Output)  

  • Detailed cooking and sensory documentation
  • 3 Indian /3 International varieties of rice recipes for 21 varieties (Overlap ok)

Recommendation of nutritionist parameters
