• Salary:* 75,000 - 80,000 per month
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technicians for garment production and quality control
• Ensure efficient production flow, meeting quality and delivery targets
• Troubleshoot technical issues with garment construction and finishing
• Develop and implement process improvements for increased productivity
• Conduct training for technicians on new styles, techniques, and quality standards
• Coordinate with production, quality, and planning teams
• Monitor and report on production metrics, quality, and efficiency
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Garment Technology or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in garment production, quality control, or technical role
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and finishing
• Leadership and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience with production planning and team management
  
  

Work Location: Royapettah, Chennai.
