Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Incharge, located in New Delhi. The Production Incharge will oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring production schedules, managing equipment and resources, supervising the production team, and implementing safety and quality control measures. They will collaborate with other departments to meet organizational objectives and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in production planning, resource allocation, and workflow management
- Familiarity with quality control and safety protocols in a production environment
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvement
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and meet deadlines effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in similar production roles, with knowledge of industry best practices
- Proficiency in production management software and tools is a plus
