Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Gardener role based in Mumbai. The Gardener will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor and indoor landscapes, executing garden design plans, supervising planting, pruning, watering, and fertilization schedules. Additional tasks include operating irrigation systems, diagnosing plant health issues, and implementing sustainable gardening practices to uphold aesthetic and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Skills in Landscape Maintenance, Gardening, and general plant care
- Expertise in Landscaping and Garden Design, with an eye for aesthetics
- Proficiency in Irrigation and the use of related tools and techniques
- Ability to assess plant health, manage pests, and ensure proper soil care
- Knowledge of eco-friendly and sustainable gardening practices
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
- Physical ability to perform outdoor and manual labor tasks effectively
- Prior experience or certification in horticulture or landscaping is an advantage
