Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Agranik Foods Private Limited. The role is based in Surajpur,Site-C, Greater noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, providing detailed product information, addressing inquiries, and building customer relationships. Additional duties include maintaining call records, collecting feedback, and achieving daily and monthly targets. The Telecaller will also contribute to promoting the company's healthy snack products and its vision.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Telecalling, customer support, or telemarketing experience is advantageous
• Basic proficiency in computer applications and call management tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling call records and achieving goals
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the local language; fluency in English is a plus
• Customer-centric attitude and ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
• High school diploma
