Game Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Testing Management & Execution: Assist in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of global Beta tests. Responsibilities include screening tester applications, distributing test builds, tracking NDA compliance, and fulfilling tester rewards
• Community & User Management: Support the day-to-day operations of global communities (e.g. Discord). Handle player inquiries and customer support tickets from global users. Strictly uphold operational guidelines to ensure all issues are addressed promptly or escalated effectively
• Localization Coordination: Manage and drive the translation, proofreading, and implementation of multilingual operational content (e.g., emails, announcements, user agreements). Ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of global content
• Data Analysis & Feedback Loop: Aggregate and analyze player feedback and customer support data. Regularly generate high-quality analytical reports to provide actionable, data-driven insights for product optimization and operational decision-making

Requirements

• Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in digital operations, customer service, community management, or project coordination. (Experience in the gaming industry is preferred)
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (to collaborate with Chinese-speaking development teams and stakeholders)
• Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the gaming industry and core player operation concepts, such as patch/update cadences, community management, and user feedback loops
• Cultural Affinity: Passionate about gaming; familiarity with ACG (Anime, Comics, and Games) culture is a plus.
