Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Game Economist at Nexenova Studios. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing in-game economies, conducting economic research, and developing models for virtual economies. Daily tasks include evaluating player behavior, monitoring in-game economic performance, and providing actionable insights to improve game balance and player satisfaction. Collaboration with design and development teams to create sustainable and engaging economy systems is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Interpretation
• Solid understanding of Statistics and quantitative analysis
• Experience with game design and virtual economies is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills to present complex data to a non-technical audience
