HorizonX Playr is looking for a creative and driven Game Developer to join us for a 6 months internship!
Role Overview:
- Remote (Must have your own laptop/PC capable of running Fortnite)
- College students only
- India-based candidates only
- Duration: 6 months
- Work Duration: upto 6 hours (Monday to Saturday)
- Stipend: upto 8,000 INR [performance based]
What You'll Do:
- Design & develop core gameplay loops and systems using UEFN (Unreal Editor for Fortnite)
- Script interactive gameplay using the Verse programming language
- Build levels, tune gameplay, and test your designs within Fortnite Creative
- Collaborate with scripters and game designers and producers to polish and launch high-quality playable experiences
- Stay up to date with Fortnite trends and help brainstorm new ideas for game modes or mechanics
Requirements:
- Strong passion for game development and Fortnite Creative
- Prior experience building games ( )
- Strong working knowledge of any scripting language
- Bonus: Strong working knowledge of Verse scripting language
- Bonus: Participation in UEFN game jams or publishing experiences in Fortnite
