Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Game Design Faculty in Gurgaon. The Game Design Faculty will deliver engaging, practical, and theoretical lessons in game design principles and tools. The candidate is expected to mentor students, provide constructive assessments of their work, and maintain a curriculum aligned with industry trends. Additional responsibilities include contributing to course development, staying up to date with advancements in game design, and fostering a learning environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Game Design, including mechanics, level design, user interface (UI), and game flow
• Experience with 2D/3D game development tools like Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms
• Teaching or mentoring experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback on student projects
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest gaming trends and technologies
• A passion for gaming and education combined with a commitment to student success
• Relevant academic qualification in game design, computer science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
• B.DES & M.DES qualification is must.
