At ansrsource, we are looking for an experienced Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach to facilitate in-person CliftonStrengths workshops for a leading Technology GCC in Hyderabad.

Key Requirements:

Active Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach credential (mandatory)

7+ years facilitating CliftonStrengths workshops

Experience with Technology / GCC / MNC environments preferred

Strong expertise in Top 5 & All 34 debriefs

Excellent group facilitation and coaching skills

Scope includes:

Team strengths workshops

CliftonStrengths report debriefs

Team dynamics discussions

Post-session insights & recommendations

Nice to have:

ICF certification

Experience in GCC/L&D environments

Hindi or regional language facilitation skills
