Role Description The Gallery Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Galleria-VSB, ensuring a refined visitor experience and professional presentation of all artworks and exhibits. Responsibilities include managing gallery schedules, coordinating exhibitions and events, liaising with artists and vendors, and maintaining display standards in line with the brand's aesthetic. The role involves supervising staff, handling client inquiries and sales, managing inventory and documentation of artworks, and supporting marketing and promotional activities. The Gallery Manager will also ensure smooth on-site operations, uphold high service standards, and provide regular reports to leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.
Qualifications

Experience in gallery management, museum operations, or luxury retail environments, with strong knowledge of art or design sectors.
Skills in client relationship management, sales, and customer service, with the ability to engage visitors and support high-end clientele.
Organizational and administrative skills, including inventory management, documentation, scheduling, and basic reporting.
Event coordination skills for planning and executing exhibitions, openings, and special gallery programs.
Ability to collaborate with artists, designers, and vendors, and manage a small team in a professional, respectful manner.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or additional languages is an advantage.
Basic understanding of marketing and social media promotion for gallery events and exhibitions.
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
High attention to detail, reliability, and a demonstrated passion for art, craftsmanship, and curated luxury experiences.
