Hiring: FX Trade Support – Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3–4 Years

Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Work Mode: Full-time

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile traders risk products and positions against firm books and records, and investigate and resolve breaks.
• Perform upstream and downstream system reconciliations to ensure complete trade flows.
• Monitor system error queues and investigate/resolve exceptions to ensure smooth downstream trade processing.
• Prepare funding balances for trading desks and perform post-funding validation.
• Perform FX vs. IRS reconciliation and Front Office vs. Back Office (FOBO) reconciliation.
• Handle LCH Forex Clear Fixing reconciliation.
• Monitor trade exceptions for the FX Options desk.
• Prepare and distribute exception reports highlighting issues requiring action.
• Process requests from Internal Trade Support teams to update internal mainframe systems.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and errors and proactively escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in FX, Foreign Exchange, Middle Office, Trade Support, or Reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and reconciliation processes.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of FX products, FX Options, IRS, LCH clearing, and funding processes.
• Experience in FOBO reconciliation and trade exception management.
• Understanding of upstream/downstream system flows.
• Experience working with internal trade support or middle-office teams.
