Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Fx Crypto Business Associate. The role involves engaging with clients to provide stellar customer service, analyzing financial data and trends, developing effective business plans, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals. The candidate will also be responsible for fostering communication between stakeholders and identifying opportunities for business growth in the Fx and crypto sectors.

Qualifications

• Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and create actionable insights
• Expertise in Business and Business Planning to develop strategies and drive growth
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Customer Service skills to provide a seamless and professional client experience
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
• Prior experience or knowledge in foreign exchange (Fx) or cryptocurrency trading is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
