FW Validation/DevOps Automation, Technical lead

Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead for FW Validation/DevOps Automation who will be responsible for leading the automation efforts in firmware validation, driving the adoption of DevOps practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality firmware solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of validation and DevOps automation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine testing strategies and frameworks.
• Design and develop automation scripts for firmware validation processes.
• Analyze and improve existing validation processes using DevOps practices.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of firmware through automated testing methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and technical skills.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner to ensure project deadlines are met.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in firmware validation and DevOps automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.
• Experience in writing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Understanding of embedded systems and hardware-software interaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
