- IT Service Management in Corporate Functions, accounting, A/P, A/R, controlling, procurement and HR
- IT Supplier Management skill to create clear expectations, Scope of Work
- Knowledge of ERP (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of R&D applications, PLM like Teamcetner, Engineering BOM.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud Design Patterns (e.g. Hybrid Cloud)
- Realization/implementation of IT solutions
- IT Security controls, technologies and patterns
- Project management and creative methods in agile environments (i.e. design thinking, Scrum, etc.)
- Demand management, IT Service Delivery, ITIL Service Operation
Enhanced English language skills (Japanese is nice to have)
- IT product owner in Fuso Tech Center India in line with head office IT in Japan
- Corporate Functions, ERP package like Microsoft Business Center, SAP, HR systems(OracleHCM, Time & Attendance, Travel Expense)
- R&D applications and workstations, e.g. CAD, Product Lifecycle Management System like Siemens Teamcenter.
- Consults regarding existing IT services/components
- Performs technical feasibility checks for new proposed solutions
- Defines operational concepts for new proposed solution
- Systems Engineering and operational support on 3rd Level with a focus on business applications (assumed 1 st level, 2 nd level is outsourced).

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Bachelors or Masters Degree (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- More than 2+ years of Enterprise IT Management such as ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics/Business Center, R&D applications(CAD, Teamcenter), HR applications
- Cyber Security Management
- ITIL, PMP, Any Cloud Certification of Microsoft, CISCO
