Skill : Fusion Technical Consultant

Location : Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Kolkata

Years of Experience: 3+ Years

Detailed JD :-

Keep track of all requests coming via email and ITSM tool
Coordinate with respective stakeholders on required actions and response
Ensure all cross collaboration aspects are falling into sync prior to deployment packs being created for CCB approvals
Track CCB approvals in collaboration with release manager
Identify exceptions cases and report them to customer POCs for action/ decisions
Record and track metrics across dimensions for review and possible process improvements
Strong verbal and written communication is a must
