Fusion Senior Finance Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to support and enhance Oracle Fusion Financials applications under an AMS service model.

The role involves working with business users and technical teams to ensure system stability, resolve issues, and deliver continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.)

· Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within SLA

· Handle critical issues (P1), including off-hours/on-call support when required

· Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions

· Support configuration changes, enhancements, and change requests (CRs)

· Work closely with technical teams for integrations (OIC, APIs, PaaS)

· Participate in knowledge transfer (KT) and transition activities

· Prepare and maintain functional documentation (FDD, test cases, SOPs)

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders and finance users

Requirements

· 6+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, including at least 3 years in Fusion Financials

· Strong expertise in core modules: GL, AP, AR (knowledge of FA, CM is a plus)

· Experience in AMS/support model (L2/L3)

· Good understanding of Oracle Fusion SaaS environment

· Experience in transition/KT phase is an advantage

· Oracle Fusion Financials certification is a plus

Language Requirement

· Good English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory

Working Conditions

· Willing to work aligned with UAE timezone
