Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and Finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving process optimization, digital transformation, compliance, reporting, and Oracle Fusion Financials implementations across Finance functions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and redesign Finance processes across GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting
- Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and optimization initiatives
- Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops
- Prepare BRDs, SOPs, process maps, and functional documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, IFRS, and financial regulations
- Collaborate with IT teams, ERP vendors, and system integrators for seamless integrations
- Design Finance dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics solutions
- Drive automation initiatives for invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial close processes
- Lead UAT, data migration validation, cutover planning, and post-go-live support
- Conduct user training and support change management initiatives
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Oracle Finance applications with strong Oracle Fusion Financials expertise
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Tax
- Experience in Finance process redesign, digital transformation, and Oracle Fusion implementations
- Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, IFRS standards, and GCC financial compliance requirements
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau reporting solutions
- Exposure to Finance automation tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism
- Strong stakeholder management, business process mapping, and documentation skills
- Experience in data migration, testing, deployment, and cutover activities
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum one end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience is mandatory

- Experience in Finance transformation programs
- Knowledge of AI-enabled Finance automation solutions
- Experience in GCC financial reporting environments
- Experience in global Oracle Fusion implementation projects
