Role Description

We are seeking a Furniture Designer to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram. As a Furniture Designer, you will conceptualize and design innovative furniture pieces, collaborate with carpentry teams to ensure quality craftsmanship, and develop product prototypes. Responsibilities will also include researching trends in furniture and interior design, preparing design drafts, and ensuring the functionality and durability of designs. While the primary workspace is in the Gurugram office, some remote work flexibility will be offered.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Furniture Design, including creating custom and innovative furniture pieces
• Knowledge of Carpentry and Furniture manufacturing processes
• Experience in Interior Design and Product Design, ensuring integration of style and function
• Strong technical skills with an ability to create detailed technical drawings and prototypes
• Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Furniture Design, Interior Design, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
• Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus
