At Pranaisha Designs, we believe great furniture should not simply fill a space — it should belong to it.

We are looking for a Furniture Design & Sales Consultant who can understand a client's space, lifestyle and aesthetic preferences and translate them into thoughtfully curated bespoke furniture solutions.

This is not conventional showroom selling. It is a design-led, consultative sales role combining furniture, interiors, spatial understanding and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to understand their space, lifestyle, design preferences and functional requirements.
• Guide clients in selecting and customising sofas, beds, dining furniture, accent chairs and other furniture pieces.
• Study room photographs, dimensions and floor plans to recommend the right scale, configuration and placement of furniture.
• Advise clients on fabrics, textures, colours, materials, finishes and furniture proportions.
• Help customers create a cohesive look rather than selecting individual pieces in isolation.
• Develop bespoke furniture solutions tailored to the client's space and requirements.
• Assist customers in visualising different layouts and furniture configurations.
• Convert design consultations into sales through strong product knowledge and thoughtful recommendations.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers through order closure.
• Coordinate with our production team to translate customised requirements into accurately manufactured furniture.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a premium consultation experience from enquiry to order confirmation.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who can look at an empty living room, a floor plan or even a customer's WhatsApp photograph and immediately start thinking:

What size sofa works here

Would an L-shaped or 3+2 configuration suit the space better

Which fabric and colour complement the interiors

Can we customise the dimensions to make the room work better

You should have a natural eye for interiors, proportions, colour and spatial planning, combined with the confidence and communication skills required to close a sale.

Experience in furniture, interior design, home décor, modular interiors, kitchens, wardrobes or premium retail would be highly relevant.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Location: Bengaluru

Qualification: Interior Design / Architecture / Furniture Design qualification preferred, though strong relevant experience can be equally valuable.
