ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
We work at the intersection of animal interests, food systems, and public policy to drive meaningful, scalable impact. Our work spans research, advocacy, campaigns, and programmatic interventions, aiming to create lasting change for animals, people, and the planet.
We are currently strengthening our fundraising capacity and are seeking a motivated Fundraising Support Executive to work closely with the Co-founder and leadership team during a critical growth phase.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Fundraising Support Executive will provide hands-on operational and documentation support to the fundraising function. This is a support/executive-level role focused on proposal development, donor reporting, and maintaining fundraising documentation.
The engagement can be part-time or full-time but must be regular, reliable, and consistent over the next few months. Based on performance and organisational needs, the role may evolve into a longer-term or expanded fundraising position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Fundraising Documentation & Proposal Support
Support drafting, formatting, and compiling grant proposals, LOIs and concept notes.
Assist in preparing donor presentations, pitch decks, and funding briefs.
Coordinate inputs from internal teams for proposals.
Research and Track relevant funders for submitting proposals and LOIs
Donor Reporting & Compliance
Support preparation of donor reports.
Track reporting timelines and follow up internally.
Maintain organised records of submissions, reports, and donor communications.
Fundraising Operations & Coordination
Maintain donor/grant trackers and documentation repositories.
Support follow-ups with donors as guided by leadership.
Assist with donor research.
Help streamline templates and standard fundraising documents.
General Support
Provide administrative and coordination support related to fundraising.
Ensure documentation is professional, accurate, and aligned with organisational messaging.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
Strong written English skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
13 years in fundraising support, grants, development, or operations.
Exposure to proposal writing or donor reporting is preferred.
Freshers with strong skills may be considered.
