Job Title: FUNDRAISING MANAGER (Retail & Institutional Partnerships)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with CSR companies, foundations, HNIs & donors
• Drive fundraising and crowdfunding campaigns
• Develop proposals and deliver persuasive pitches
• Handle donor reporting, compliance and documentation
• Collaborate with Program and Finance teams
• Lead and manage a team of 10 members

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience in CSR fundraising/partnerships
• Excellent communication, writing & negotiation skills
• Project management & attention to detail
