Fundraising Manager NCDs, Bonds & PMS

What You'll Do

• Raise funds through NCDs, Bonds, PMS, and real estate investment opportunities.
• Build relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, family offices, NRIs, wealth managers, brokers, and financial advisors.
• Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Achieve monthly fundraising targets and manage the investor pipeline.
• Coordinate investment documentation and closure with internal teams.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: 3–8 years.
• Background in Wealth Management, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Investment Advisory, PMS, Bonds, Real Estate Finance, or Corporate Fundraising.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Existing investor or channel partner network is highly preferred.
