Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a CSR Fundraising Manager. The CSR Fundraising Manager will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to secure and maintain corporate social responsibility (CSR) funding. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential donors, building and maintaining relationships, preparing compelling proposals, and organizing fundraising events. The role also involves managing communications and engagement with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization's vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
CSR Fundraising & Corporate Outreach
- Identify and map potential corporate CSR donors and funding opportunities
- Build relationships with CSR heads, foundations, and corporate leadership
- Lead outreach through meetings, presentations, and networking initiatives
- Develop and maintain a strong CSR partner pipeline
Proposal Development & Documentation
- Prepare CSR proposals, concept notes, budgets, and presentations
- Customize proposals aligned with corporate CSR themes and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with program teams to gather impact data and project plans
- Ensure proper documentation for MoUs, agreements, and reporting
Partnership & Account Management
- Manage ongoing relationships with CSR partners
- Ensure timely communication, reporting, and engagement activities
- Track commitments, deliverables, and renewal opportunities
- Organize partner visits, reviews, and joint events
Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Work with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of CSR-funded projects
- Track utilization of funds and program progress
- Prepare impact reports, utilization certificates, and success stories
- Ensure compliance with CSR guidelines and partner expectations
Strategy & Growth
- Contribute to the organization's CSR fundraising strategy and annual targets
- Monitor CSR trends, policies, and sector opportunities
- Support leadership in building long-term institutional partnerships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related field
- 4–8 years experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or nonprofit business development
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
- Experience interacting with corporate CSR teams or foundations
- Good understanding of CSR compliance and reporting requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education, skilling, or social impact sector
- Existing corporate CSR network is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Ability to work independently and achieve fundraising targets
