Role Description

As a Fundraising Lead, you will strategize, manage, and execute fundraising campaigns and partnerships for high-impact CSR initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying and securing funding opportunities, building partnerships with corporates and philanthropic organizations, preparing proposals, managing donor relationships, and monitoring the success of fundraising efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or sales, including the ability to create compelling proposals and pitch strategies.
• Strong relationship management skills, with the capability to engage with corporates, donors, and partners effectively.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and presentation creation for fundraising purposes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder correspondence.
• Understanding of CSR initiatives, NGO operations, and social impact frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically and work in a goal-oriented, team-driven environment.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
