Fundraising & Investor Relations Executive

Company Description Hyper Stealth Technologies Private Limited (HSTPL) is a specialized defence technology company focused on advanced signature management, camouflage, and stealth solutions for military assets. We develop indigenous, high‑performance systems that reduce radar, thermal, and visual detectability of critical platforms in modern battlefields.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for a Fundraising & Investor Relations Executive. The role involves developing and executing fundraising strategies, including identifying potential investors, strategic partners, and funding sources (equity, debt, grants), and preparing pitch decks, financial summaries, and supporting documents. The Executive will manage investor communication, schedule and attend meetings, conduct follow-ups, and maintain a structured investor pipeline and CRM or tracking system. Daily responsibilities include monitoring market and defense-sector trends, preparing investor updates and reports, coordinating due diligence processes, and partnering with leadership and finance teams to align fundraising with business goals. The role also includes supporting board and stakeholder presentations, contributing to corporate communication materials, and representing the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and investor forums.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in fundraising, investor outreach, and relationship management, with experience building and maintaining a structured investor pipeline.
• Proficiency in financial and business analysis, including understanding of financial statements, valuation basics, and investment terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling pitch decks, presentations, and investor reports.
• Ability to conduct market, sector, and competitor research, and synthesize insights for investor conversations and management decision-making.
• Experience or strong interest in defense, aerospace, deep tech, or related technology sectors is highly desirable.
• Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholder conversations and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in South Delhi with cross-functional teams (leadership, finance, technical, and operations) in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
