For the first 68 months, we are focused on validating 3 core verticals:
- Meal Solutions
- In-house Innovative Food Products
- Offline Kiosk Model
The goal is to prove unit economics, validate demand, and then raise strategic capital to scale.
We are currently at a pre-revenue / early validation stage and preparing for structured fundraising.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Fundraising Expert who has prior experience raising funds for pre-revenue startups and understands early-stage investor psychology.
This is not just outreach this is structured capital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a compelling investor-ready pitch deck from scratch
- Refine business model positioning for investor clarity
- Build financial projections and valuation rationale
- Identify relevant angels, VCs, and strategic investors
- Approach investors through structured outreach
- Manage investor communication and follow-ups
- Prepare founders for investor meetings
- Support due diligence process
- Assist in negotiation discussions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience raising funds for pre-revenue or early-stage startups
- Strong understanding of startup finance and valuation
- Ability to independently build pitch decks and financial storytelling
- Existing investor network preferred
- Strategic thinker with execution capability

- No upfront payment
- 1% success fee
- Payment released only after funds are secured and reflected in company bank account
