Role OverviewWe are seeking a Fundraising Co-founder / Success-Based Investment Banker with strong experience in startup fundraising, financial strategy, and investor relations. This is a zero fixed compensation role, with success-based fees and a future co-founder opportunity with equity.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end fundraising efforts (Pre-seed, Seed, Series A, etc.)
- Build and refine financial models & projections
- Develop compelling pitch decks and storytelling
- Identify, connect, and manage relationships with VCs, angel investors, and family offices
- Drive investor outreach, meetings, and negotiations
- Advise on valuation, deal structuring, and fundraising strategy
- Prepare data room, financial documentation, and due diligence materials
- Provide strategic input as a core team member
Requirements- Proven experience in startup fundraising / investment banking / venture capital
- Strong network with investors, VCs, or startup ecosystem
- Expertise in:
- Financial modeling & projections
- Pitch deck creation & storytelling
- Fundraising strategy & execution
- Prior experience working with early-stage startups or as part of a VC/PE firm
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term vision
Compensation Structure- No fixed salary
- Success-based fee on funds raised
- Potential Co-founder role with equity based on performance and long-term alignment
