Appointment of Channel Partners:Recruit and appoint channel partners for IGF business as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Client Relationship Management:Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients. Revenue Achievement: Achieve revenue targets through the channel partner (CP) model.
Partnership Growth: Add new partnerships on a month-on-month (MoM) basis.
Distribution Platform Partnerships: Build partnerships with various distribution platforms and business houses (optional).
Team Management: Hire, manage, and build a strong team to support channel partner operations.
Donation Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of donations.
Partner Rewards: Validate and ensure timely payout of rewards to channel partners.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Management graduate with 7-10 years of experience in business development, channel development, people management, and building verticals.
Organizational Skills:Excellent organizational skills, with a strong emphasis on prioritizing and goal setting.
Communication Skills:Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical and nontechnical information to staff members and customers.
Presentation Skills: Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Technical Skills:Technical proficiency to understand and propose products or solutions based on client requirements.
Preferred Industry Experience: NGO: Experience in channel partner management within the NGO sector.
