About the Role:
The Growth Intern will drive the conversion and expansion of Omysha Foundation's partnerships, fundraising, and program ecosystem. The role combines independent outreach with structured conversion of qualified leads received from the Lead Generation team.
The intern will focus on transforming interest into engagement- converting potential institutions, sponsors, collaborators, and participants into active partners, registered stakeholders, and confirmed supporters across A4G and VONG initiatives.
This role requires maturity, ownership, strong follow-through, and the ability to build relationships and move stakeholders from first interest to confirmed collaboration.

The above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment and the Performance appraisal will be evaluated based on the organisation's values and role KRAs.
