We are looking for a dynamic professional to support fundraising and partnership development for our upcoming social initiatives focused on:

• Large-scale plantation drives
• Girl child education initiatives
• A major community marathon event with 10,000+ participants

The role will focus on mobilizing financial and institutional support from corporates, foundations, and philanthropic organizations.

• Identify and approach CSR donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors
• Develop fundraising strategies and sponsorship structures
• Prepare professional proposals, concept notes, and impact presentations
• Build partnerships with corporates, institutions, and philanthropists
• Lead sponsorship outreach for the marathon event
• Support grant applications and institutional funding opportunities
  

• Experience in CSR fundraising, development sector, or NGO partnerships
• Strong experience in proposal writing and donor communication
• Network with corporates, foundations, and CSR decision makers is a plus
• Ability to structure impact-driven funding proposals
  

• Compensation: Fixed + success-based incentive
