Job Description

ThoughtfulBuild is looking for a Fundraising & Investor Connector to support founders participating in our Founder Floor program.

The person will work with early-stage founders and help them become better prepared for investor conversations.

What you'll do

Conduct 2–3 mentoring / guidance sessions for Founder Floor participants.
Help founders understand fundraising readiness, investor expectations and pitch preparation.
Review selected founder pitches and provide high-level feedback.
Help identify founders who may be ready for investor conversations.
Build relationships with relevant angel investors, VCs, syndicates and startup investors.
Invite suitable investors to review selected Founder Floor startups.
Support a Founder Floor Demo Day, where selected founders can present to invited investors.
Facilitate introductions and follow-up conversations where there is mutual interest.

Angel / VC ecosystem
Investor relations
Fundraising advisory
Startup investment networks
Founder–investor introductions
This is currently an exploratory partnership opportunity. We want to work with experienced fundraising professionals, understand how the ecosystem operates, and develop a mutually beneficial long-term model.
