Role Description

This part-time, Fundraiser role completely REMOTE ROLE involves planning and executing fundraising initiatives for the organization's activities and programs. Responsibilities include developing relationships with potential donors, crafting grant proposals, organizing fundraising events, and managing digital campaigns to drive contributions. The Fundraiser will work collaboratively to build fundraising strategies and track performance metrics to ensure sustained revenue generation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for networking, donor engagement, and long-term relationship building
• Project management and organizational skills to effectively plan and manage fundraising campaigns and events
• Proficiency in writing grant proposals, creating presentations, and drafting compelling content for outreach activities
• Experience or knowledge in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and online fundraising tools
• Analytical skills for tracking fundraising metrics and generating performance reports
• Passion for social impact and alignment with Yogassmita's mission and values
• Prior experience in fundraising, sales, nonprofit work, or community engagement is an advantage
