This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fundraiser based in Mumbai. The Fundraiser will manage donor relationships, develop fundraising strategies, and organize events to boost financial support. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, cultivating donor networks, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with teams for effective outreach. The individual will maintain donor records, deliver impact reports, and ensure positive engagement with stakeholders to sustain long-term partnerships.

• Fundraising, Donor Management, and Proposal Writing skills
• Event Planning, Campaign Coordination, and Community Engagement skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Interpersonal, Networking, and Relationship-Building skills
• Organizational and Project Management expertise
• Knowledge of non-profit operations and a passion for social impact initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in fundraising or working with non-governmental organizations is a plus
