Funding Advisor, US Business Financing

Enrichment Capital arranges business financing for American companies. We are building a new advisory team from the ground up, and the first ten people we hire will set its culture.

Indore candidates only. This is an in-office role at our Indore office. We are not considering remote, hybrid or relocation candidates, and applications from outside Indore will not be reviewed.

About the role

This is not a call center. Every business owner you speak with has already applied for financing and is expecting a call. You will introduce Enrichment Capital, understand the business and its capital needs, qualify the application, collect documents, and hand qualified files to the funding team. You keep your pipeline moving daily and the CRM accurate, and you work to a daily activity target and a monthly target on qualified files.

Hours

Monday to Friday, US Eastern business hours. On-site at our Indore office. Saturday and Sunday off, plus US public holidays.

Must have

Currently living in Indore.

Fluent, confident spoken English with a clear, neutral accent. You will be talking to US business owners all day.

The ability to hold a conversation with a stranger, handle not interested, and keep going.

Discipline: on time, every shift, headset on when US business hours start.

Comfortable on a computer: CRM, email, Google Sheets, typing while talking.

A basic understanding of what a small business is and how it makes money.

Good to have

One to three years in B2B phone sales, US customer-facing voice work, or a banking or collections process.

Experience with business loans, merchant cash advance, or any financial product.

Experience working US business hours.
